After-Sales Service Guarantee

1. Warranty Period:

Two years for PLC, touch screen, air switch, low-voltage apparatus, power supply, wire terminal, relay board, servo motor, servo driver, pulling rack, cable carrier, cable wire, solenoid valve, and air cylinders.
One year for other parts (excluding easily damaged parts such as copper welding electrodes).

The warranty period starts from the date of machine installation at the buyer’s factory but does not exceed 18 months from the shipment date.

2. Warranty Claims:

Within the warranty period, if any covered part (such as PLC, touch screen, air cylinder, servo motor, etc.) fails and is unavailable in the spare parts box, the seller will provide a replacement part at no cost. The seller will also cover the air freight for the replacement part.
