Thanks to our modular die design, an experienced operator can fully switch the machine between two different standard mesh sizes (e.g., from 50mm to 60mm) and corresponding wire diameters in less than 60 minutes. Yes, our machine is highly automated to reduce reliance on labor. The RKM Chain Link Machine integrates automatic locking and weaving, automatic cutting to length, and fully automatic coiling/winding. The edges are automatically closed (knuckled or barbed) via the integrated twisting mechanism. Typically, only 1 operator is required to monitor the machine and manage the removal/handling of the finished rolls.

Versatility in raw materials is standard. Our machine is fully capable of processing both Electro/Hot-Dipped Galvanized Wire and PVC Coated Wire. For PVC wire, we utilize specialized protective coatings on the critical contact parts (like the mould and cutter) to prevent damage to the plastic coating, ensuring a high-quality finished product that meets market aesthetic standards.

Our machine offers maximum versatility with edge finishing. It is equipped with a Dual-Function Twisting Mechanism that allows the operator to select between producing Knuckled Edges (Closed Loops) for standard fencing or Twisted/Barbed Edges (Projecting Barbs) for higher security applications. The changeover is typically a simple mechanical adjustment made at the twisting mechanism, requiring less than 15 minutes.

The RKM machine is highly power-efficient for its class. It requires a stable 3-phase industrial power supply (the required voltage will be customized to your country's standard).
